Looks like I rated the 2013 a few years back but wasn't impressed... Now pondering the 2018, I don't have the same impressions. I kind of like this in a Thursday night pasta kind of way. This one has some sharpness that suggests bramble which I kind of like. The fruit to me evokes black plum this time around and the spice note I pick out here is sage with perhaps a dash of pepper. I don't mind this vintage.
