Aug 6th, 2020It’s like a warm night sitting around a fire pit. Instantly familiar, yet fresh, easy to relax with and complex enough to admire. Refreshingly light bodied. Strong dark cherry with hints of plum and an ever so subtle drop of sweetness.

This was lovely just slightly chilled! Some sour apple balanced with earthiness. The warmer it got the less I loved it. We paired with some grilled veggies and spiced chicken sausage and it was perfect.
