The “sec” release from this producer has notable aromas of lime flower, honeydew, pear, hay, and honeysuckle that carry through on a similar palate that is medium in body with electric acid and a yellow apple skin feel. Beautifully balanced and a perfect match with halibut, octopus, duck(!), and wood fired kohlrabi.
