A nice blend of four varietals, with medium acidity and light tannic structure. It made a decent cocktail wine but may have been better accompanying a meat casserole dish.

This is pretty much the first time Jessica and I have shared a bottle of wine. Three cheeses, hummus, sausage and Prosciutto. It is...OK. I haven’t wined in a really long time. It has a solid follow through and a good pit with the hearty cheese and meat.
