Saint-Joseph Marsanne Roussanne Blend
Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits and floral spice. On the palate flavors of pear and apple with slight toasty oak and honey notes. Long finish ending with fruit and mineral character. Very nice drinking well.

Aug 30th, 2020White St Joseph. Full of oxidative character and minerality that precedes the bruised apple, pear, melon and rotting stone fruit that eventually emerge. A very nutty sherry-like undertone. Needed an hour to open up and made for a great pairing with octopus braised w pork belly.
