I expected a lot more from this one... albeit I'm consuming it in bed at a bed & breakfast in northern Quebec, at 8:30 pm and trying not to fall asleep after a long day of skiing. Just a bit too light, too tart, too acidic.

Lovely balance of tannin and mellow finish. Cherry and smooth plum. Lovely fir turkey on thanksgiving. 2013

Dark fruit, wintry spices, roasted meat, stony minerality, full body, young tannic bite. Delicious with lamb.
