Côtes du Rhône Red Rhône Blend

A nice little wine - surprised it had anything left! Tasty with pork shoulder.

Found a lost bottle in the cellar. Considering age and price (6 euros), it tasted really nice. Still a lot of fruit (solbær).

2003 vintage. Still very much alive with lots of raspberry fruit. Unfortunately, this was the last bottle.

Fruit is fading but still fun and interesting.

Prunes, raisin, tobacco, earthy.

Great tannin structure, raspberry, cranberry, dusty tannins & old leather, great acidity carries the wine through and I think I've opened it too soon
