Mar 25th, 2016It takes awhile to wake up this beauty but when it does open up it's like taking a trip to flavor town..Cherry vanilla,red beet,white mocha,leather,violets,smoked oak,round and firm tannins! Soft elegant and bursting with aromas and flavors..I've been a fan for awhile and glad to see them still doing good work..🍷👌👍

Johnny at Southside Bistro suggested this Chardonnay. I was hesitant since I'm not a big fan of Chardonnays, but it's very drinkable, crisp and great with seafood.
