Ohmygosh. I joined up because their red blend--a friggin' blend!--had my heart. And now I love the Chard? I mayyyy say Dutcher is, if asked to pick a Cali favorite, a fave. I would not have thought: It looks sort of pale. ...Then on the nose it is a lot of citrus. And some Tropicana. Like the sports drink but barely. The acid and alcohol (flippin' 14.5%) hit you but jeez. More citrus and tropical notes. And then they all just meld into something you cannot really describe. It is just exceptional wine. Dutcher is...The Stuff.

2016 This is what a chard should be, so well balanced and crisp without too much citrus. Good job Debra!
