This is a great Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. Showing black fruits with chocolates, light vegetables, licorice, spices, cedar, tobacco, mocha, leather and light earth.

Full bodied with medium acidity.

Showing a great mouthfeel with nice complexity. Spicy and fruit forward. Tasty and good by itself.

Drinking very nicely now, and will age nicely in the next 5 years.

Feels like a Napa Cabernet.

13.6% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

It is time for my #FridayCabernetfix. Here is a nice one from Paso Robles.

Dark inky in color with a reddish rim.

Fruity nose with blueberries, black currants, wood, vanilla, spices, licorice, tobacco, light earth, coffee, chocolates, mocha and black pepper.

Full-bodied and smooth with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with black cherries, blueberries, oak, light earth, vanilla, chocolates, tobacco, coffee, peppercorn and cinnamon.

Medium plus on the finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Showing a nice mouthfeel with nice complexity.

Nicely balanced and easy drinking. Good by itself or with food. A good sipping wine to have all by itself on the balcony.

Wine Enthusiasts 89 points.

This 4 year old, needs 2 hours to open up properly, remove some acidity, and balanced itself out.

I loved that the alcohol level is medium, but still gives a great mouthfeel.

Tangy, interesting and very enjoyable with lots of coffee notes.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a Single Vineyard aged for 18 months in New French Oak barrels.
