Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a great Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. Showing black fruits with chocolates, light vegetables, licorice, spices, cedar, tobacco, mocha, leather and light earth.
Full bodied with medium acidity.
Showing a great mouthfeel with nice complexity. Spicy and fruit forward. Tasty and good by itself.
Drinking very nicely now, and will age nicely in the next 5 years.
Feels like a Napa Cabernet.

This 4 year old, needs 2 hours to open up properly, remove some acidity, and balanced itself out.
I loved that the alcohol level is medium, but still gives a great mouthfeel.
Tangy, interesting and very enjoyable with lots of coffee notes.
