Not only is this wine delicious, it’s versatile! Paired perfectly with my filet with béarnaise and broccolini at dinner and then my popcorn during a movie.

First time at Ruth’s Chris…. And I’ll admit overwhelmed by all the wines to select from… and it’s on me.
I rated the 2018 high… so here we go!
Dry and pepper on the nose…. And follows through on the pallet. I think this will pair well with my filet.

So good - rich and fruity, but not sweet. Vino Volos notes say cherry pie and malted chocolate. Leathery, dry, peppery, this wine has everything.

Whoa baby! Spicy for a merlot, and full of character! A little smokey, just enough dark fruit. Anything but boring. Would be amazing with a juicy steak!
