Earthy, mineral teutonic pinot. Little wild red and black berries, smoke, cured meats, char, dried herbs and spices and wild mountain garrigue. Nose enhanced by a wet slate minerality. Poised palate, vibrant and fresh if a touch short on the finish. Great savoury drinker.
