Top Notes For
Not my favorite. Strong, smoky wood, even after about an hour open and in the glass. Initially quite harsh, but became more balanced. Ok for the money (R54 at Makro today/$4), but would rather drink the the Glen Carlou as a value cab for my tastes. It is quite young, but nothing convinced me it wasn't a "drink now" type of wine.
