Vin rouge, pas rosé.
Pas mon vin préféré de ce vigneron, mais toujours très professionnel... Un peu de fut de chêne mais pas trop, grenache cinsault, Mourvèdre, syrah, non collé non filtré… Que demander de plus ? Un vrai vin du sud.
