Chablis Chardonnay

Straw. Meyer lemon, sweet lime, yellow apple and peach. Crushed stones. Medium acidity and body.

Crisp, aggressive minerality and straw flavor. Can’t discern much fruit at all, lively acidity and medium body. Our first Chablis but not our last! Drank with Grace A in our basement apartment paired with good conversation.

Dramatically improved on day 2

Perfect weeknight wine with a summer supper.

Pretty nice and crisp for a bargain Chablis! Mineral finish. Nice.

Peachy and fruity!

樽の香りがある。やや黄色がかった外観にミネラリーで辛口。
シャブリはやはり美味しい。樽香が寿司には合わなかったのが残念。
