Duca di castelmonte etna rosso doc 2016
There is a mineral thing on the nose, like crushed rocks and a bit of a smoky thing too. There is also a bright cherry note which is very inviting. The palate is well balanced with that same bright cherry note all along, a good width, some matter on the sides, some tannins to kick things up in mid palate, disrupting quite drastically a palate which was really smooth and fluid so far, and a really nice fruity finish with an almost sweet aftertaste. Good value for the price
