Lighter bodied in style, but with some interesting levels of complexity. Very different from a Spanish Tempranillo, this one seems more straight forward. Dark, stewed fruit with wet earth - another nice bottle from Dubost.

Opened ~3 months after being bottled. The wine's nose and color were both fine, however the wine was extremely bitter. Hopefully the bitterness was just this one bottle or will fade as it ages as I have 3 more bottles in my collection.
