Nose of apple and sweet cherry. Flavors more complex and unique, starting out like Chardonnay but developing to smoky fruit. higher acidity, but a bit overwhelmed by higher alcohol or pepper flavors. Finish is pleasant. Good as a novelty.

This is a reminder to not age rose. This was my favorite rose in 2016. In 2017, it's a bit flat and flabby.
