Today's sparkling blind tasting. I did not guess prosecco and given my note, I should have!

Really nice Prosecco... Almond, citrus, dough, creamy... Dry, not overly complex, but good!

Call me simple, but I thought this was the most balanced bubbly of the night...@biondivino #simplerobco.
