Very high acid. I was hoping for something a bit earthier I suppose. Paired with mushroom risotto one night and mushroom pizza the next and it just wasn’t the right fit.

Even though the vintage is relatively young, this was a already a great balance between delicate flavors and strength and power not usually found alongside the delicate. It was easy to enjoy, and interesting. With notes of cherry cola on the nose and wild berries and coastal soil in the mouth.
