Not usually a fan of dry ciders, I prefer poiré made in the French style where fermentation is limited by keeving and a decent amount of risidual sugar accompanies the rest of the experience. I was pleasantly surprised that this slightly tart, quite dry sparkling perry grew on me as I drank it. Drink well chilled.

These folks know what they are doing for sure. Perfect effervescence, dry (with enough sweetness to remind us if how lucky we are in this life).
