Intense nose & flavours! Medium straw colour with very fragrant notes of asian pear, lime, nectarine, honey and whiffs of petrol. Off-dry with a well-balanced crisp acidity, low alcohol and a medium body. Almost effervescent in the front of the mouth. Minerality and pear compote, lemon curd, peach, honey with a touch of lychee and spice. Medium-long finish. Nice! Like the 2017, would go beautifully with spicy asian food.
