Passion fruit on the nose, high acid and great freshness on the palate, intense lemon, apricot, orange marmalade and very slight spearmint character. Tremendous length, but the acid and slate minerality means it is in no way cloying.

I was expecting simplicity and purity from this delightful ice wine. I was wrong. It's overwhelmingly mineral on palate, full bodied and even petrol. Quite complex but somewhat misleading. 6/10
