Unexpectedly delicious single vintage Bubbly! Green apple, crab apple, with a hint of lemon. Wonderful texture. The bubbles dissipate quickly, but other than that, this is an outstanding FLX Sparkler. Revisited in November 2022. (Thanksgiving Day at John’s) Still crisp and fresh tasting, but bubbles still dissipate rather quickly.

The pallet is more tropical fruit focused with hints of green apple, strawberries and minerals. Pretty long finish. Fine and very creamy mousse. Very persistent bubbles. Nice texture and acidity.
