Light red in color.
On the nose, strawberries, cherries and tart cranberries.
Light bodied.
On the pallet, strawberries, slate, wet stone and tart cherries.
Medium finish with tart aftertaste.
12.5 percent alcohol by volume.
This German Pinot Noir from Mosel is not my taste. Not sophisticated or interesting.
This 4 year old might be too old and lost its character.

Very light in color, heavy fruit aromas, some sort of spice that I can't really describe. Was hot on the palate. Not sure what I would pair with food wise. But is needs something to balance it out. This is not a good choice as a stand alone drinker.
