This is a perfect wine to understand the difference between a sweet and dry (but fruity) wine; note to self. Begging for spicy Thai food or an 80 degree summer day.

Nice to finally get my hands on a dry Riesling, and it was delightful. Lemons, limes, apricots and underripe peach. Also some petrol, white springtime flowers and a white wet stone minerality. Still the slightest amount of sweetness, but it makes Dr. L taste like a dessert wine in comparison.

Finally a Riesling that is close to dry, but unfortunately has no complexity which makes it a boring, simple wine. Very disappointing. You can still make spritzer with it.
