Characteristic petrol bouquet but also pine nuts, honeydew, and pandan leaf.

Dry, and got some chew to it. A little much on the cider qualities, which points toward a bit too much acidity and effervescence that doesn’t quite need to be there.

Enjoying the lemongrass and pear flirtation and appreciate the dryness, but just a bit underdeveloped in complexity or balance.
