No. 1 Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc

OK but a bit short on aroma $ perhaps a bit flabby on the palate. It’s what I might expect as a nice non-varietal house wine.

Good Sauvignon Blanc. Not over ripe, maybe a touch under, lemon, racy acid, green apple, a touch herbaceous etc.

100% sav blanc in a new world style. Grass and nearly tropical fruits.
