Ecuadoran wine! Who knew? Fairly oxidative, woody. Ripe Chardonnay fruit. Solid.

Effusive nose started off with pleasant tropical fruits like kiwi and star fruits, then turned to fresh stone fruits and light honeysuckle. High tone acidity but nicely textured. Saline touch on the clean lifted finish.
Quite impressive. And Versatile enough to pair with a wide range of seafood dishes from oyster to grilled lobster.

Jan 7th, 2024 Delicious find! Bright and full bodied, oaky with a long finish. Hope to find this fabulous Ecuadorian wine in the US.
