Straw yellow and brilliant aspect
Nose of yellow Apple, yellow peach
Almonds and marzipan
Hints of clay and wet stones
Some ginger
Lovely feeling at the palate
And quite long too
Great grapes must have been used
540 bottles produced
I can't tell the vintage, it got wet and then kind of erased🤦‍♂️
It looks young though

Again, tighter than the normal cuvee. Wonder what amphora does to the wine. Would be interesting to see how this tracks.
