A light easy every day white drinker from a great Sicilian producer. Beautiful light golden color, fruity notes of peach and sweet herbs on the nose. Similar palate of stone fruit and pear, lilting acidity and moderate length. Almost all Catarratto, with a few field blend varietals. Excellent with tuna crudo, basil, and red onion granita.
