Actually, the Il Mio Rosso. A red bled that changes every year, Donati does list the blend percentages. Says it is meant to be enjoyed not analyzed. I like that. It is a light, ancestral red with a little RS and is super fun to drink. Wish In had kept more then one bottle for myself.

Feb 18th, 2023I wanted to like this more. On first pour it was really light, but as it opened up a lot of fermented notes came out similar to a farmhouse ale. Not what I want predominantly in a Lambrusco
