Terroir Selection Pedernal Valley Malbec

Aldi. Sour blackberry. Plum and cherry. Grape jam sweet tobacco blood. Tastes acidic and thin and not very fruity. Decanter review raves about 2017. I do not about 2018

Very good Malbec from Aldi. Full bodied but not complex which would’ve expected for a wine below $10. Great value.

Intense fruit character with outstanding fresh fruit notes and refined elegance due to the oak ageing. Fresh, delicate, long and persistent with great complexity, this red is superb. €10.99 Aldi, bargain.
