Notes: red raspberries, pepper Tannins: hits the tip of the tongue first then resides to the sides of the tongue. Leaves your mouth dry & slightly tingly. Very high alcohol taste. Pairings: 60% or higher dark chocolate, red meat, fingerling potatoes, duck or rabbit might be nice.
