Garnet colored, fruity smelling, tannin pushing, acid flushing, smooth #CabSauv. Opened this 6 year old beauty to pair with some homemade Indian food. 👌🏽

Velvety smooth. 2011 is too old for this wine, past its prime, but still solid character. Very familiar with this wine in past vintages and tasting the same vintage a few years ago. Long peppery finish.

Good Cab for price, but likely too young, acidic and tight.
