Really lovely sparkling rosé. Soft mouse, farirly soft palate too following from nose of rose petals, strawbs and raspberries. Slight creaminess too in the mouth. It's not an assertive wine, but rather gentle and made for pleasure. And yet the fruit, balance and structure are so very spot-on.
