Light bodied, sour tannin (in a good way), salty ocean water, tart cherry, black fruit, vanilla, oak, nail polish remover (mildly) on the nose. One of the most interesting and complex cabs I’ve had. Not spellbound with this, but pretty cool.

A classic, firmly built Mendoza Cabernet. The nose conveys varietally expressive scents of currant, plum, mocha and tobacco leaf. In the mouth, it’s savory and intense, displaying excellent depth and restrained sweetness. Finishes with firm but harmonious tannins and excellent length. (ST)
