Deep red with terroir at nose, complex as a blend. Bit dry, sweet notes and fruity plum and berries at tongue.

Pairing it with a chimichurri steak and fried plantains but is it enjoy it just as much on its own. Nice and full, a little smoother than a Malbec but richer than a cab.

Lots of red fruit, notes of black pepper, a bit too much acid, and some hot alcohol. Decent and works with red meat, but nothing too special.
