1 person found it helpfulJul 16th, 2015I guess I'm just used to the pure fruit aspect in traditional Torrontes ( no oak) this is very ripe and can handle the oak fermentation (3 months) medium toast French barrels. Probably barriques. Although the bright crisp rounded flavors of non oak is better.
