Protocolo Vino de la Tierra de Castilla Rosé Blend

Basic and to the point.

Great every night wine. Light and dry.

Let it breath, it’s pale fruitiness will come forward, with a touch of sweetness. There may be some grapefruit, with a touch of white pepper hiding behind it. It’s ok!

Not much on the nose. Hints of orange pith, wet stones and cherries with a bit of minerality. Not much of finish. Very light (color and body) and a bit frail.

Easy drinking. Light. Strawberry and lemon.

Dry rose nice, with almost tart feel.

Nice balance. Slightly sweet and just a little dry. Great for grilled chicken on the back deck.
