It's '95 Barolo, always good but hardly ever great. In the end, it's drinking beautifully with lots of caking tart cherry fruit, dried spice, cedar and earth. The acidity is in your face but welcome since there's still a remnant of tarry tannin. Great for drinking now, but don't see it improving much over time.

Dark, rich fruit. Tannins need time to soften. Plenty of years left in this one.
