Vintage 2007 - Oh, how I hate this... every bottle was a bit disappointing to me.. and now this is my last bottle... that delivers! Apple blossom, lemon and a touch of wax and honey, mild acidity and good tension. Drank this with a salad and roasted shrimps. Should I have waited longer with former bottles?
