Oct 19th, 2019Oh, please take me back to Alsace! So eminently drinkable, this one. I think I’d enjoy it even more with some poached chicken, but it’s lovely on its own too. Quite a round and luscious texture in the mouth, a distinct contrast to the rieslings of the region.
