Jan 24th, 20192006: deep golden. Apparently a terrible year. Vanilla, and truffle nose, with macadamia nut, honey, apricot, quince and lychee. Medium dry, but very low acidity. Full, layered, with honey, even caramel notes. Sweet tropical fruit, honeysuckle and a kernel, white truffle finish. Good, but chill it to help the acidity.

May 11th, 2015Honeyed and rich, a little fat but still drinking well, and the off-dry sweetness paired well with lobster, foie gras, and XO sauce.
