Delicate pale pink colour yet a relatively firm orange blossom(?) bouquet. Quite a tangy taste of tangerine and strawberry - not as refined or delicate a taste as I normally associate with domaine ott cuvees. Probably stands up to food well. Dry wine.

Rosé doesn't get much better. Balanced, supple, fresh. My choice with aïoli or most Provençal summer dishes and salads.

Had this wine the other day. Wonderful. color, aroma and taste. Probably the best rose I have ever had.
