Pale pink which belies the depth of flavour to follow. Red fruits with a touch of mineral salinity. I’m not a huge fan of Rose but this was very good.

This is as good as Provence rose gets 🙏 among this bittled beauty we were okeasantly surprised by a resto in Kolonaki that is not just Michellin ⭐️ potential should start at 2 ⭐️!
