Pale salmon pink color, dry and medium bodied with very high acidity. Low intensity nose with citrus and a hint of red berry fruit. Rhubarb, citrus and a hint of gala melon on the palate with crisp and biting acidity. Tasty rose best enjoyed with food to help balance the high acidity.
