Quince, honey, hay, some burnt rubber on the nose. Wonderfully bright acidity to support a full body where all the notes in the nose are translated into a delicious blend, with some pineapple thrown in there too. Long satisfying finish. Alsace style so on the dry side, but not bone dry. Great ageing potential, im sure.
