‘That sure looks like a pretty place’ label. Very dark. Can’t see through it. Smells rich and earthy. Plenty of plum. Also wet rocks and wet trees. Flavors are lovely. Flowers, berries, and hibiscus tea. Elegance and balance come to mind. This is southern French wine at my favorite. Plenty of punch, but with a velvet glove. Mixes the pleasure of ripe black and red fruits with the bittersweet perfection of red wine made right.
